According to Edmunds just three trucks make the cut the Toyota Tacoma, the Honda Ridgeline, and the Chevrolet Silverado. All three trucks are amazing in their own rights.

The 2007 Toyota Tacoma is capable and customizable. Those who are in the market for a compact or midsize pickup will love this truck. The 2007 model came in an Access Cab, Regular Cab, and Double Cab body configurations. Some versions come with powerful V6 engines. All of the models handle off-road environments beautifully. Many consider the Toyota Tacoma to be an un-killable truck. Not everything is perfect and some find the seating in the Tacoma to be low and the v6 motor to be noisy.

Estimate Cost of Ownership: $42,202 Contact Novel Motors for quotes and financing options!

The 2007 Honda Ridgeline is made to be the truck for car drivers. In accomplishing that mission they had to make a few compromises. That doesn't mean that this isn't an amazing truck that drives like a car but hauls like a pickup. The Honda Ridgeline is sporty to drive, has a nice interior, extravagant cargo features, and a dent-resistant bed. All of those combine to make a best of both worlds Pickup meets Car marriage. The rear seating can be uncomfortable. There is only one type of engine offered. It doesn't handle off-road that well, and to be truthful it isn't that great to look at.

Estimated Cost of Ownership: $47,606 See what Novel Motors can do for you.

The 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD is a powerhouse of a truck. What, did you think this would be nothing but small trucks? The Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD made huge strides in build quality and refined the cabin to match the outstanding work capabilities it has. This truck is in the running for Top Honors. Did I mention this thing could haul your Grandmother, and her yacht? One big downside though. No side-impact or side curtain airbags.

Estimated Cost of Ownership: $58,803
